Have you worked in accounts administration with a good understanding on purchase ledger We have a fantastic opportunity for aPurchase Ledger Clerkto join a leading, well established global electrical manufacturer based inClydebank.This is a permanent role workingMondayThursday 8:30am5pm, with a 1 hour lunch, andFriday 8:30am12:30pm with a competitive salary and great company benefits, including 30 days annual leave, life insurance,flexible working and a £200 annual bonus for attendance. As Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining purchase ledger records and providing financial administrative support. This will include matching and coding invoices, preparing and processing BACS payments,reconciling supplier statements and resolve any purchase inquiries or disputes. You will be responsible for liaising with suppliers and internal departments and will maintain existing supplier accounts as well as setting up new accounts. This will involve posting supplier invoices, credit notes and managing supplier credit limits as wellas supplier payments and remittances. You will also prepare staff expense reimbursements and communicate closely with the finance team. We are keen to speak with applicants who haveprevious experience in purchase ledger or bookkeepingwith good administration skills. Any previous experience in usingSagewill be highly desirable, along with a good workingknowledge of MS Software (including Excel).
