Job Description

An immediate requirement has arisen with our client in the Clydebank area for an Production OperatorMain purposeTo produce materials or assemble product to the correct standard and relevant work instruction, achieving the required output of set productions targets.Products include Chassis build, Sub Assembly, Main Body, Accessory Fitting, AOR Calibration and TestMain tasks

  • Assemble of sub part / parts and fit accessories for chassis and body of ACB
  • Complete and torque all fasteners.
  • Carry our final test and inspection of products. Including Electrical and Mechanical test of ACB
  • Apply electrical and mechanical modifications.
  • Quality check on all units before despatched to customer.
  • All documentation relevant to the production process is followed e.g. work instructions, assembly manuals, production schedules, daily time sheets
  • Defected material or products are correctly isolated and reported promptly to the correct person.
  • Train new and cross train existing operators when required
  • Health and safety regulations are fully complied with
  • Adaptable and flexible with a positive professional attitude
  • Able to work as part of a team or independently.
  • Any other duty assigned to you by your manager/ team leader
Working conditions:Good general working conditions. The company will produce safety work-wear that must be worn at all times.Physical Demands:Light to medium lifting may be required, machine operating may be required.Skills and Attributes and Knowledge:
