IT Support Analyst

My client are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their business.Client DetailsMy client are a global logistics business.Description

Troubleshoot, Problem Solve and fix and resolve IT issues efficiently and effectively
Build, service and maintain networks including site visits when required for build, refresh and out of management tasks
Provide good customer service to our user base through telephone,email and remote communications
Ensure IT Support processes are followed and documented
Ensure that the asset database is maintained at all times
Responsible for installing authorised software on desktops/laptops as required
Responsible for supporting issues with IT equipment including scanners and printers
Working closely with stakeholders in the business to improve customer relations and technical support
Where required to do so supervise/mentor junior IT support technicians as required

Profile

Must have proven experience providing 2nd Line Support
Advantageous to have experience supporting PC hardware, printers, scanners, peripherals and mobile devices
Desirable to have Degree or HNC/HND in IT or related subjects
Must have drivers license - Willing to travel to different sites
Experience of MS Office including Office 365
Knowledge of Windows 7 & 10
Active Directory Administration
