Job Description

The Front Line Manager is responsible for leading, coaching and directing colleagues across the operationalteams, ensuring customer outcomes are at the heart of everything we do. You will be accountable for providing effective leadership and nurturing a culture that drives the right performance and outcomes.Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be part of the wider leadership team.Day to day youll
  • Lead, coach and direct a diverse team with a variety of skillsets and responsibilities.
