Do you have experience of mentoring or overseeing electrical engineers Are you looking to work for a global organisation Excellent opportunity on offer to join an industry leading business who are known for training and developing their employees, as well as the opportunity to progress through the ranks. Do you have experience with electro-mechanical products or systems Are you qualified to a minimum of BTEC Level 3 Established over 50 years ago this company is a world class specialist manufacturer of bespoke electrical systems, they work in partnership with some of most recognised brands across the globe. Due to continued growth, they require an additional trainee engineerto join their production team. In this role you will oversee and mentor two electrical engineers, supporting their development and identifying and solving skill gaps with training plans and external courses. You will supervise and delegate workload appropriately, working with internal andexternal customers to problem solve issues around the technical aspects of their products. You will support the production team on issues surrounding build, accessory fitting and final testing. You will attend UK and overseas customer testing, as well as carryout customer training.
