Electrical Test Engineer ( Training on Switchgear ) £35,000 - £45,000 + 4 day Week + Training + Travel + BenefitsClydebank Are you an Electrical Test Engineer looking for an opportunity to join a leading international Switchgear company that offer full industry training, the opportunity to travel internationally in a Monday to Thursday role This internationally renowned company have base sites in Scotland and Thailand, with a number of accreditations and are contracted by some of the leading Defence / Military companies in the UK, whilst also offering their services into Hospitals, Education andDistilleries across the UK and the Globe.In this role you will be carry out a range of tests on the Switchgear products supplied to clients as well as within the factory itself, you will need knowledge of MV / LV and MCC Switchboards and some of the test you will carry out are Flash Testing, DuctorTesting, VFD testing, Power factor correction equipment testing, Primary / Secondary Injection testing, Protection relay testing. You will also have responsibility to complete Quality Assurance and test documents to track work completed. This role will suit a Electrical Test Engineer with a background working with Switchboards, looking for the opportunity to become fully trained on Switchgear products, happy to have occasional site visits both nationally and internationally whilst only beingin work working Monday to Thursday.
