Ailsa Response are recruiting for a new client in the West Dunbartonshire area looking to recruit a Care and Administration Coordinator to join their company.This company strives to positively impact the daily lives of individuals. They support elderly service users who may be living with Dementia, or with physical or learning disabilities, or who just need a hand to remain independent in their own homes.They create tailored packages to provide support in the areas where their service users need the most, allowing each person they support to lead the most fulfilling life possible.As a Care and Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for promoting, developing, and managing staff and services. Your role will be varied, and tasks will include: Liaising with referral agents; promoting new referrals & processing referrals. Assessing individuals needs. Planning, co-ordinating/scheduling rotas & ensuring the delivery of high-quality support. Providing leadership & being a positive role model. On call duties working part of a rota Required to have a drivers licence and access to your own vehicleThis client offers - Monday to Friday (9.00am to 5.00pm) Willingness to work towards qualifications or further qualifications if required. Experience of coordinating/scheduling rotas. Experience of working within the social care sector. Knowledge of Care Inspectorate/SSSC standards. Excellent organisation, communication & computer skills. Excellent Learning and Development opportunities.
