** please note this is an internal vacancy for employees of the NHS Golden Jubilee National Hospital only**We are looking for an Administrative Assistant as part of the Patient Co -ordination Centre to support effective clinical care by providing an efficient Patient Co-ordination Service through referral vetting and processing using GJNH PAS (Trak) ensuring patients are vetted to the appropriate treatment pathway. You will maintain accurate patient information by taking patient calls, using Trak to check appointment status and provide updatesPrevious experience in a health care environment and understanding of Treatment Time Guarantee guidelines is desirable for this post as are excellent communication, customer care and organisational skills. Continuity of a high quality administrative service is a pre-requisite for this role.
