Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit 2x Recruitment Support/ Administrator for an initial 2 month contract with option to extend on a rate of £25,000 per annum (pro-rata). Shift pattern 8am-4pmand 12pm-8pm. This is a hybrid based role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Responsibilities: - Communicating on the phone regularly with candidates with regards expressing interest in current vacancies.- Completing online form while on the phone with candidates asking relevant questions and data collection.- Ensuring current live positions have been sent to candidates via E-mail.- Log all enquiries and report back to Workforce Expansion PMO team.- Ensure regular communication with the Workforce Expansion PMO team.- Keep candidates updated on issues which may affect them, when they call or E-mail in.- Strong verbal and written communication required when answering the phone to speak with candidates and compiling E-mails.- Maintenance of electronic personnel files on MS Teams channel- Assist with the collation of data for Workforce Expansion PMO teamEssential Skills:- Ability to plan and prioritise own workload is essential- An understanding of when to ask for advice/guidance is necessary- Ability to work on own initiative with supervision when required- Educated to NVQ 3 level or relevant administration experience- Experience of utilising MS Office and MS Teams- Excellent administrative and organisational skills- Numerate and accurate with attention to detail- Healthcare background would be advantageous- Good verbal and written communication skills is essential- Ability to develop positive relationships with internal and external colleagues- Proactive and able to work on own initiativeIf you would like to hear more about this opportunity please get in touch.
