Are you an experienced Nurse or Charge Nurse looking for a new opportunity to work in an organisation that will help to develop you to achieve your goals to become the best you can beAs a Charge Nurse, you will join the team as maternity cover for 10 - 12 months working 32.25 hours a week where you will lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care for people with learning disabilities and/or autism. With previous experience in a similar setting from the NHS or private care as a Registered Nurse. Its what delivering great healthcare should feel like.What you will be doingAs a Charge Nurse you will be working within a team that includes a range of professionals to support people with learning disabilities and/or autism at Clipstone House in Clipstone, Nottinghamshire. You will work within an identified career development pathway and be expected to complete appropriate competency development portfolio.No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine. Experience of assessing and teaching junior staff and coordinating care. The candidate needs to prioritise key tasks in relation to the sphere of work and report writing.
