Job Description

Job Title: Field Consultant - Across the North WestMon-Fri 08:00-17:30 (Must be flexible upon business needs including out of hours/weekend support may occur)Main base will be Appleton.We are looking for an individual to join our growing successful business as a Field Consultant.

  • Processing the onboarding of candidates to the business in line with all current business requirements.
    • What Will You Be Doing
  • Identifying focus sites for recruitment and travelling between these sites on a daily basis.
  • Engaging with candidates and booking interviews/inductions.
  • Communicating with candidates appropriately and professionally.
  • Actively look for practical solutions to accommodate new workers and increase shifts.
  • Following set criteria to fully check the candidate and ensure they meet the criteria to work.
  • Completing registration process with candidates correctly and in full.
  • Requesting sufficient and in date supporting documents from workers.
  • Responsibility to ensure all registration packs are completed in full.
  • Maintaining compliant data for all candidates at all times.
  • Flexibility of hours in relation to onboarding.
  • Regularly checking with Recruitment Manager to organise and install advertising media, i.e. banners, leaflets etc at key sites.
