Role - Quality Support ManagerLocation - South Based / Home / Field basedStarting salary of £25,690.03I am recruiting for a Quality Support Manager to join a mental health charity organisation well known across the UK. You will contribute to some of their national level projects, driving change across the whole Directorate. As a Quality Support Manager, you would have responsibility for leading on comprehensive quality audits in their respective areas, along with taking a lead in supporting service and registered managers within our Operations Directorate.This is a field-based role and so travel across the South of England is required your own vehicle as well.Milage is paid.You will be working from home but travel when required 2-3 times a week.This role would be great as well for someone with experience as a Registered/Service Manager or someone with experience in the field or looking to step up.Experience in turnaround/ building up a new service is beneficial but not essential. You need a minimum NVQ3 to be considered. Experience of designing and delivering training, providing quality assurance to CQC registered services but also knowledge related to mental health and wellbeing.
