The team marries experts in research, innovation, human factors, digital UX, 2D and 3D product & packaging design, engineering, prototyping, and electronics & software, and uniquely integratesthem all within this one great company.What youll be doingThis consultancy is looking for a Project Manager that can bring valuable experience of either software or development projects, or medical device development projects. This role will be focused on managing the delivery of multidisciplinary product developmentprojects, working on everything from gathering user insights & concept generation through to detailed design and formal verification. If you are an experienced Project Manager with the desire to push yourself into a complex, strategic and cutting edge marketand drive your career forward, then this is the role for you.The Project Managers role focuses on planning, leading and delivering high quality, on-time and within-budget projects, working collaboratively with senior team members and cross functional project teams. The post holder will also contribute to developingbusiness through support to sales meetings and proposals. Day-to-day you will be working within design control under quality management systems, monitoring project performance, ensuring on-time and in budget project execution, managing risks, driving decisionsand ensuring all projects are planned and executed in accordance with the QMS and ensuring KPIs are met.What experience youll have
  • You have 3+ years experience in software development projects and/or medical device development projects. Or managing product developments in regulated markets.
  • You will have experience, preferably gained in a consultancy or agency, as a Digital Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Youll be a natural collaborator, with a disciplined approach, able to prioritise and deliver excellent multi-disciplinary projects.
  • You will be highly organised and experienced in tracking timelines and budgets and have proven track record of successful project roll-out with a strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Confident building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • You will be enthusiastic and a real team player, with the confidence to lead but with a down-to-earth approach that inspires your team and your clients.
  • Experience working to ISO9001 or ISO13485 is also a plus.
