We’re searching for a outstanding Contact Team Manager in a newly created role to join our company.Your role will be to lead a small team dealing with inbound enquiries from a range of financial services websites. Leads are validated by the contact team using structured set questions and then passed to one of our partners who provide financial advice.We are looking for a someone with experience in a digital contact environment that has a real focus on continuous improvement. Someone who is passionate about delivering extraordinary customer experience, ensuring customers are at the heart of every decision.The primary function is to be the customers champion within the business. You will achieve this by managing our in-house customer services team, ensuring the targets are met and management of inbound and outbound calls to ensure the customer services we offer are excellent.Responsibilities:
