Job Description

Our client is a highly respected company who work within the important and growing industry delivering water management and treatment services and products to their customers on a global basis.We are now recruiting an individual who would like to work on a hybrid basis, 2 days per week from home and 3 days in the office in Clevedon.To be happy in this role you will enjoy communicating , building relationships and have excellent attention to detail to join the team.You will be working with suppliers , customers and logistics providers to ensure the smooth and timely processing and delivery of the customer orders.In terms of previous experience you may have worked in a similar role or an office based call centre/customer service & administration position and be looking for something with plenty of variety.Responsibilities will include:To carry out post sales order duties, in particular administer all relevant paperwork for orders received, place orders and co-ordinate our requirements with our suppliers and logistic providers.Update the database to reflect current status of orders and liaise with customers with regards to delivery dates, outstanding monies and / or technical information that may be required to fulfil the order.Raise final sales invoices to customers upon delivery.Send customers proof of deliveries as and when requested by customersNegotiate where required with suppliers to obtain the best possible deal for customers in terms of price and service.To communicate with customers and suppliers to co-ordinate delivery by telephone or e-mail on products as and when required.Full time hours for this role are 37.5, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and annual bonus.If you would like more information about this role and the salary and benefits on offer please submit your CV asap.If this role offers the type of challenge you are looking for in your career then apply to us to manage your recruitment process and we will help you every step of the way.Change Recruitment Services Limited provides services as an Agency and an Employment Business, and is committed to equal opportunities for all candidates.
