Job Description

Salary:£25,000 per annum + Bonus Join a Top Employer 2023..We have an exciting new challenge/ next step at one of our Plumbing and Heating local branches as a Branch Supervisor, working as part of a team of 4 in Cleethorpes (DN36 4AW).In this role, you will support the Branch Manager with meeting targets, maintaining sales availability, scheduling and ensuring health and safety with one direct report. You will be building and maintaining productive relationships with customers and suppliers,resolving issues, support in delivering sales plans whilst maximise sales and margin.This is full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm. Flexibility to work up to 3 Saturdays each month - 8am - 12pm (paid as overtime).Up for the challenge Here’s what we’d like you to have:
