FC68Property Manager LocationClarkston, GlasgowSalary£20,000OverviewFirst Military Recruitment are working in partnership with out client to recruit a Property Manager to join their busy Letting Management Office in Glasgows Southside.The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, great communication skills and most importantly be able to cope with the busy and varied nature of property management.Duties and Responsibilities:Acting as first point of contact for reactive maintenance, the role will be primarily customer focused on the telephone as well as answering online enquiries (emails and Fixflo repair management software) dealing with Landlord clients, Tenants and Contractors.We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, organised, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of the business.Flexibility is required to cover Saturday rotas and our office opening hours. Skills and Experience: Strong IT and administration skills are essential. Excellent communication skills. Great organisational skills. Previous experience within the Property/Facilities sector would be advantageous.In Return our Client Offers: A full-time working week Monday to Friday- 9am to 5pm. 35 hours per week.
