Job Description

An established family run company in Clacton on Sea, that we are very pleased to represent are looking for a Despatch Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.This Despatch Administrator role is vital within the company to ensure that customer orders, and requirements are dispatched correctly and within deadlines. You will be joining a spacious open plan office where all social distancing is being adhered to and a friendly team of seven awaits you. Reporting into the Sales supervisor daily.Strong communication and attention to detail is a necessity as well as strong organisational skills. You will be able to work well unsupervised and be a self-starter to succeed in this varied position.SAGE system experience is desired but not essential as all training is given.

  • Within this position, your main duties will be, packing and labelling parts.
  • Carrying out stock takes
  • Identifying the timing of when products need to be shipped to ensure arrival is on time.
  • Data entry and booking parts information into the Sage system.
  • Chasing parts
  • Customer queries when supervisor is unavailable
  • Use the Sage system to search for parts to check stock locations
