  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients through networking.
  • Scheduling and attending appointments across the UK.
  • Identifying and approaching suitable candidates through advertising, reviewing applications, managing interviews, and short-listing candidates.
  • Coordinating client interviews and gathering feedback.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and candidates to provide top-notch service and generate repeat business opportunities.
As a recruitment consultant, no two days are alike. Adaptability and multitasking abilities are essential. Your day may involve cold-calling for new business, managing interviews, and sourcing candidates for active job openings.
