  • A good blend of professional and outgoing personality that clients, candidates, and colleagues will warm to.
  • They will want you to have thoroughly researched the role, the industry, their company, and have solid reasons as to why you want a career in recruitment.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The requirements:It is an entry-level role therefore no previous recruitment experience is not required. We are interested in speaking to people with at least ONE of the following:
  • 2:1 degree
  • Work experience particularly in sales, real estate, business development and account management.
  • Languages - particularly French, German and Nordic.
  • High-level sport achievements.
