We are looking for 6 grads to be part of the next graduate intake at an international education recruitment firm. They have successfully brought various groups of ambitious grads through their Graduate Training Academy’, and due to record breaking months they are recruiting for the next wave of recruitment superstars.Would you like the opportunity to work for a company with a global outreach, who pride themselves on giving the best quality of service to an extensive client base and encourage you to meet every candidate before placingThis is NOT an opportunity where you will be sitting behind a laptop 24/7, you will be targeted on meeting 5 plus candidates in your office or around London a week so you can really understand what you can do for that individual. You need to really care about the opportunities you can be working with.Why this opportunityThis company have multiple international offices in Australia, South Africa and Canada to name a few. There will be a genuine opportunity to travel with work once you have found your feet and relocation options are available for top performers. They offer a unique market USP, providing networking events in central London where candidates and clients meet up and discuss opportunities. You will be responsible for both sourcing clients but also liaising with international candidates being flown over by your firm to start a new career in the capital.PackageBasic Salary: 25k Plus Uncapped Comms (5-10k 1st year), rising to 28k with 1st promotion.Incentives: Weekly, monthly and annual target hitting opportunities including work abroad, big nights out, vouchers (some employees take home £600 of vouchers a month on top of comms). You will be put on a tier scheme which depending on your billings will determine you hours. Stop performers after a few years are finishing at 3/4pm and only working 3-4 hours a day during school holidays (16 weeks a year).Culture: This is a company that embrace all things innovative. Current Lead Consultants are billing over 700k per year.Commission: Working up to 40% of Gross revenue, no threshold.What we are looking for- Graduate over the last 2 years or a recent school leaver with a good educational background. Salary for experienced recruiters is negotiable.- A driven attitude, this beats any degree or work experience you may have.
