Job Description

Imperial Professionals is delighted to announce that we are working with one of our high-profile clients to appoint a new Trainee Lift Technician.Working from home you will have full autonomy to carry out services and minor repairs throughout Central London region with a view to quickly become a Level 4 (Technical) Technician.Job Title: Trainee Lift TechnicianSalary: Competitive basic + vehicle + on call / call out bonus + benefits + paying for Level 4 qualification!Hours: Full time working Monday to Friday + 1 in 4 on call rotaLocation: Central LondonKey Responsibilities:

  • Utilise PDA and other equipment.
  • Minor repair faults and managing services on passenger lifts.
  • Using appropriate diagnostic tools and wiring diagrams, an ability to rectify rudimentary elevator faults and diagnose more complex issues
  • Liaise with customers and maintain good relationships.
  • Pursue to create a positive customer impression.
  • Complete log cards.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Train members of staff was and when required
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you will have:
  • Demonstrable experience servicing, installing and / or repairing passenger lifts.
  • You will be confident to work on your own initiative
  • A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering with a view to continue to Level 4 Technical Technician
  • Full clean driving license
