Job Description

RECRUITER - TRAINEE POSITIONFinancially motivated SW6 Associates require a graduate or sales-person to start a role as a trainee recruitment consultant.Recently graduated from university Looking to make use of your skills in a fast-paced environment Recruitment could be the career you’ve been looking for.What you’ll be doing as a recruitment consultant:

  • Networking and headhunting new candidates.
  • Pre-screening candidates.
  • Producing adverts.
  • Upkeep of database records.
  • Setting up interviews and taking candidates through the entire process.
  • Delivering and closing offers.
  • Handling objections.
Key Attributes of a trainee recruitment consultant:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Driven to hit personal and team targets.
  • Career ambition.
  • A degree preferred but not essential.
  • Sales/commercial experience.
  • Well organised.
  • Money motivated.
