Job Description

Boutique yet expanding US law firm in London is looking to hire a new Administrative Assistant to join their London office, on a temporary basis to start ASAP until the 22nd December although the duties will primarily be reception based you will not be sittingat Front-of-House rather you will be sitting with the PA team. The firm need extra support to deal high profile hearings over the next few weeks.Duties will include standard reception tasks such as managing the meeting room bookings, greeting clients/visitors and being responsible for answering the phones with the additional duties of being involved with assisting Fee-Earners directly e.g. with printing/bundling,booking couriers, expenses etc, so this position is the perfect opportunity for someone who is perhaps in wanting to work at a fast-paced law firm and move their career to the next level at an international and London based firm. Standard hours are 9am to5:30pm with a flexible attitude required as now and again you will be asked to help out with events and support office functions.Applicants will need to be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, work efficiently, at times under pressure, possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail and be able to prioritise their own workload in order to juggleconflicting demands and meet deadlines. Candidates ideally should be friendly, team-playing, well-presented and well-spoken.
