Based close to Liverpool Street Station, the successful Technical Services Manager (TSM / M&E Manager) will be responsible for the delivery of all M&E Maintenance and VT maintenance for a large complex multi-tenanted building. You will be the technical / engineering lead for the development and oversee technical contract delivery, supplier relationships and performance management.In order to be considered for this position you MUST be technically qualified (M&E) and have extensive experience of hard services operations / management. Your technical services management / hard services experience will ideally come from an Investor or Corporate property management view point.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a broad range of key engineering services management skills including negotiation, influencing, project management, change management and commercial acumen. Through a detailed understanding of Engineering issues, provide sound advice and support to the property taking into account legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and industry best practices, supply chain capabilities, impact of new technology and changing client/tenant demands.You will act as the property Engineering expert in regard to operational issues and be responsible for:
