The work we do is a catalyst for economicand social progress, and you could play an important part.As Team Support Officer you will provide high level, professional and confidential administrative and secretarial support to our Adult Social Care Team and People’s Directorate.This is a varied and important role. You will be required to organise and minute strategic and operational meetings covering a wide range of topics from safeguarding to fire risk. You will support the Team Finance Administrator with purchasing and invoiceprocessing. There will also be opportunities to support the organisation and administration of events.To join us you will need experience of both administration and minuting meetings. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and be confident in using databases. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to arrangemanagers’ diaries, answer correspondence, draft reports, and letters.
