* Sous Chef - Staff Dining* Monday to Friday £38k* No eveningsJob Role: Sous Chef - Staff Dining Location: London CitySector: Contract CateringSalary: £38,000 + Paid Overtime A great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join this great team based at a site in the City. This is working purely in a Staff Dining operation and you will work Monday to Friday from around 7am to 3.30pm with a starting salary of £38,000 and with the chance towork overtime which is paid after 40 hoursYou will work under a strong Exec Chef and in a team of around 8 Chefs and Kps. You will be catering for around 700-800 on a daily basis so will need experience in large volume catering. On site they have a Josper Grill, Pizza Oven, Street Food Section, CompositeSalad Bar and other speicals.We are looking for a Sous Chef with staff dining experience ideally from a busy Contract Catering site. The main focus is for Street Food and cuisine from the high street, You will need good knowledge of current trends and have a keen interest in dish development. The Sous Chef will need a solid career history ideally within Contract Catering and be able to work in busy environments.
