Finance Domain Solution Architect - ERP, EPM, TaxLocation: London (Hybrid)Salary: £85k - £100kOur client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, is seeking a Finance Domain Solution Architect to lead the transformation of their Finance domain, encompassing ERP, EPM, and Tax solutions.Role Overview:As the Finance Domain Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance at our clients organization. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise IT, you will take ownership of the solution architecture for their Finance domain,supporting the strategic objectives of both the HQ and its 40+ individual companies. This role will be instrumental in setting up the future Finance Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution and overseeing ERP migrations.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the HQ and group companies to understand their finance requirements and demonstrate the potential benefits of implementing EPM, ERP, and Tax solutions.
• Drive the adoption of best-practice principles and solutions for ERP and EPM across the group, with a focus on strategic growth, simplification, reduced implementation times, and cost savings.
• Take responsibility for the implementation of ERP and EPM solutions, offering expert guidance and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain evolving reference data architectures to aid individual companies in integrating and utilizing the new ERP and EPM solutions.
• Provide best practice consulting expertise to empower companies with the tools for digital transformation.
• Lead the transformation of ERP and EPM landscape, drawing from practical experience with solutions like CCH Tagetik and ERP finance modules, including D365 F&O.
• Serve as the global subject matter expert on Finance solutions and all configuration/customization across the suite.
• Collaborate with partner organizations, vendors, and service integrators to deliver finance initiatives.
• Utilize your analytical mindset to interrogate data, analyze information in multiple Excel files, and present concise summaries to the client.

Role Prerequisites:

• 3-5 years of experience in finance systems solution architecture, with hands-on knowledge of Finance ERP, EPM solutions.
• 2-3 years of experience in implementing EPM systems like CCH Tagetik, covering Reporting, Forecasting, Management Actuals, Balance sheets, Cash flows, Finance Analysis, Global Month-End Reporting, and Consolidation.
• 1-3 years of experience in implementing and architecting ERP platforms, such as D365 F&O.
• Familiarity with a delivery-oriented technology environment using Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing multiple EPM and ERP solutions within large client companies operating in multi-geography, multi-sector, and multi-operating company frameworks.
• Experience working in a software delivery environment using Agile methodologies and tools, such as Azure DevOps.
