    • The OpportunityThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in Customer Service, Recruitment, Software Support or similar, and are looking to be part of a fast-paced, global team. JobAdder is a rapidly growing tech company and this growth provides amazing career opportunities for motivated top performers.The RoleThis is a Client-facing role, focused around onboarding new clients to the JobAdder suite of products. You are expected to be the subject matter expert on all things JobAdder, and the main point of contact for the Client; guiding and advising them through their journey.
  • Responsible for the delivery of a positive client experience
  • Facilitate consultative sessions with Clients as needed
  • First point of contact for developing a solid partnership with new clients
  • Ensuring the Client’s deadlines are met, and that client implementations are completed on time
