We manage the acquisition of new consumers/users/visitors/email addresses into the Universe. We optimise all of our marketing towards either immediate revenue generation or towards customer lifetimevalue. Our key external marketing channels are Search, Shopping, Social Media, App, ATL, and Retargeting. Our internal marketing channels consist of email, web push and app push. We also create, maintain and run the daily/weekly/monthly/bespoke internalreports and analysis on our business. These reports enable the wider business to make day-to-day trading decisions and the helps the executive team to make big, strategic and financial decisions.The marketing team is extremely data driven with its strategy towards optimising to the highest ROI. As a team we have access to data manipulation tools like python, SQL and Adobe which means we can really dig into the data that is driving fluctuations in performance.We are a subscription based business who focus on both long term and short term metrics e.g. subscriber lifetime value and last click ROI. We have a constant test and learn approach within each area of marketing, ensuring knowledge of any successes (or failures)are shared amongst the wider team. As such, the successful candidate will need to be able to manipulate data in order to problem solve and to interpret data, resulting in real tangible suggestions and optimisations.Role SummaryThis role is for search & shopping marketing executive across UK and Ireland. This role will report to the Head of Performance Marketing and assist in executing the marketing strategy by working closely with our paid search agency on our Search (brand, non-brand,Bing) and Google shopping campaigns. The focus will be on driving new customer acquisition and growing existing customer engagement. All decisions will be data driven and in line with ROI, Registration volume, CPR and Customer LTV KPIs.
