Role PurposeThe Senior Workplace Consultant will integrate seamlessly into a client team, becoming the trusted advisory whilst simultaneously growing within the CBRE Workplace Team.The ideal person would bring a sense of energy with a keen ambition to learn more about workplace and the built environment. The role is varied in its nature and provides the chance to lead client engagements, using your data skills for story-telling and also becoming a key part of a larger team.Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients for how to get the most from their workplace, drawing on latest industry thinking and wider CBRE capabilities to guide businesses looking to make their places of work the best location for employees to carry out their work.
  • Build and own strong relationships within client organisations to understand how the workplace is supporting the business, bringing new insights and solving problems using your experience, relationships and analytical abilities.
  • Lead conversations with customer stakeholders, proactively bringing new insights to help direct and influence Real Estate decisions.
  • Produce reports and presentations explaining how our clients workplaces support their business needs.
  • In instances where a clients organisation is introducing new ways of working and place of work, engage with people undergoing change and manage their experience.
  • Process large, disparate data sources to draw insights that help clients understand how their properties support people in their work.
  • Draw on insights and analysis to allocate space to teams, present your recommendations to senior stakeholders and negotiate agreements for those allocations.

  • Passion to drive organisational change and influence business operations using the built environment.
  • Creativity in approach, always looking for opportunities to expand our understanding of what makes a workplace right for the people in our clients organisation, and how that may change over time.
  • Ability to multi-task on concurrent projects, under tight time frames to meet client demands.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail are desirable.
  • Interpret and connect data quickly, understanding the real-life application of your analysis.
  • Present information using a modern infographic approach and with focus on the audiences questions.
  • Proactively identify and act on the needs of a client.
  • Interest in the latest workplace research, considering how to create the workplace of the future at a clients organisation.
  • Shares experiences and best practices with colleagues.
  • Great communication skills; both oral and written.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office software and Advanced Excel.
  • Understanding and experience with data integration and analytical platforms (i.e. Tableau, Alteryx, MicroStrategy) preferable.
  • Qualified to degree level in related field (not compulsory)
