Role: Senior Software Engineer - Market RiskIndustry: Banking Rate: Up to 850pd via UmbrellaDuration: 6 months initiallyApplication closing date: 01/12/2023Location and working policy: City of London, 2 days per week in officeRequirements: Market Risk, C#, Python, Java, SQL ServerA bank are looking for a contract Senior Software Engineer via an Umbrella company to work on a programme starting in the Market Risk business of a bank.Youll primarily be responsible for developing using SQL Server, C#, Python and Java, identifying the current state, proposing a solution in line with the current estate, promoting into UAT then promoting into production.Requirements

  • Commercial experience with C#, Java, Python and SQL Server
  • Market risk or counterparty risk experience
