Senior Risk EngineerCity of London Salary to £100,000Overall Role:Deliver client service through performing insurance risk surveys of clients facilities and preparation of detailed written reports with improvement recommendations for the international reinsurance market. Also, by reviewing, interpreting and summarising third party technical risk information (desk job risk analysis). The job holder will be responsible for providing engineering technical support to; Account Executives, the Claims Department, and Insurance Risk SeminarsKey Accountabilities:Client Management* Identifies and manages client requirements in accordance with the terms of appointment* Lead plant surveys and present improvement recommendations at Plant Director level* Builds and maintains strong client relationships* Meet client day-to-day demands and escalates servicing issues to divisional managementReport/Technical Writing* Provide expertise for reports, proposals, specials studies, articles and client documentation* Provide timely and accurate detailed engineering reports with improvement recommendations for the international insurance marketClient Servicing* Manage clients and underwriters requirements and maintain the client relationship* Clients receive a quality of service that adds value * Investigates and resolves complaints and service failure* Holding client and internal training seminars as well as developing, improving and implementing industry best practice guidelines* Ensure that clients business and operational risks are identified and assessment and interpretation is undertaken regularly Essential Experience:
