Job Description

Senior Recruitment Consultant Salary: DOE + commission (Consultants in YR2 earn £100k - £200k)Location: HQ in Central LondonFlexibility: 4.5 day work week, hybrid working & flexible hoursThe CompanyOur client was founded in 2019 and have quickly become one of the most highly regarded businesses in their space. They offer their clients consultancy services and scale their teams; and support senior/c-suite level candidates to develop their careers.RemunerationIn Q1 this year, on average we are securing people 20% basic salary increase.Quarterly Commission Scheme (£)No threshold & uncapped. £0-£30,000 = 10% (£3,000); £30,000-£60,000 = 20% (£6,000); £60,000-£100,000 = 30% (£12,000); £100,000+ = 35%Average fee size = £20,000 and Consultants bill between £300,000 - £650,000 per year (just 2 years into their careers there!)What else is on offer
