Job Description

Recruiters, do any of these situations sound a little bit close to home**You’re billing really well but you’re still being hounded by your manager to send out mail shots, hit CV sent targets and do 3 hours on the phone every day.****Managers and Directors consistently use you as a success story and tell you how well you’re doing but don’t trust you enough to work from home on the occasions you need to.****You’ve hit every target and done everything possible short of cleaning the MD’s car to gain your promotion, but still new barriers appear.**If any of these scenarios are all too familiar then it’s definitely time for a change. They are looking to help experienced Recruiters, from any sector, to truly reach their potential and have fun doing it. They have an international reach from their fantastic centralLeeds office and will be opening offices in both Europe and North America before 2025!What you need to know about them:

  • No KPIs for KPIs sake, if they know you’re capable of doing the role they aren’t precious about hitting every metric every day.
  • They still value having the team in the office and would like to want to be there too, but you can work from home where needed.
  • Promotion targets, and your progress towards hitting them, are there for everybody to see, the goal posts won’t be moved.
  • Amazing incentives but not everything is centred around alcohol. They’ll always listen to new ideas and ways of celebrating success.
