Do you love a buzzy work environment, love customer services and are energetic and proactiveWe are looking for a Customer Service champion who is resilient and able to juggle challenges. Must have some events experience as they run these monthly. This is a great opportunity to join a leading property company who are growing fast across London. They provide office space to small businesses in a trendy, casual environment and this particular site is a premium buildingStandard hours will be 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with some good benefits and a great career path.This role would suit someone with previous reception, customer service and events experience within a similar environment. You should be warm, welcoming, friendly, down to earth, polite and extremely client facing with a natural ability to make conversation easily.You will assist in hosting networking events to create and forge new relationships with potential customers and relevant stakeholders. You should be familiar with telecoms industry terminology, USPs, sales processing and pricing and the ability to communicate this to potential customers.The successful candidate should be personable and professional with at least a years proven experience in face to face customer service. You should be a strong verbal communicator with excellent written and spoken English and the ability to communicate comfortably with all other internal staff at all levels. Strong IT skills, with a sound grasp of social media will be a huge advantage in this role.
