Senior HR Analyst - City of LondonSALARY: Up to £65,000 (Depending on Experience) + Excellent Benefits including Bonus and Hybrid workingOVERVIEW:This impressive global player is looking for a new Senior HR Systems expert to join the existing HR/People Team. The role is a Senior HR analytical position, and you will play a key part of this 15+ strong HR/People Team who are looking after London andEurope and are based throughout. The Team are friendly and collaborative and are currently working a hybrid model with two days in the office and three from home.KEY DUTIES/PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:Reporting into the Head of People this role will provide Human Resources System development and implementation of new working systems and methodologies, and you will work closely with the recruitment team in delivering an ATS module project and technicalaspects of overseeing this. Other aspects and interfacing will require support in the following areas: Employee Central, Compensation, LMS, Succession Planning, Time Management, Performance Management, Objective Setting, Reporting and Career Development.This role is a mixture of data management, systems support and reporting to gather requirements and lead configuration.You will be responsible for promoting SuccessFactors projects and enhancements to management and users, building consensus and delivering timely and on budget solutions. This role will also manage the licenses, support, and implementation relationshipswith suppliers and subsidiaries of the business to ensure a seamless operationYou will have expertise in providing in-depth, presentable data reports and analyticsYou will be able to present data reports and analytics by multiple methodologies and Identify data gaps and deliver solutionsUnderstand all HR Systems and infrastructure to ensure data management is secure and complies with all data protection policies including GDPRBe proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and have excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skillsQUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
