Job Description

Sales Operations Executive - Corporate Hospitality - Central London - c£40k + generous performance related bonus & great benefitsWe are on the hunt for a dynamic and highly organised Administrator, Coordinator or Operations Executive to join our client, a world class corporate hospitality organisation based in Central London, as their Sales Operations Executive. The Sales Operations Executive will need to possess excellent relationship building capabilities, excellent administrative skills, impeccable attention to detail and good negotiation skills as they will be a brand ambassador for the company.Your goal will be to assist the sales team to meet targets, build relationships with clients, brokers and agents and provide key information to potential clients.Were potentially looking for a talented Sales Administrator,Team Coordinator or Sales Support Lead who ideally has experience in a similar role.   • Previous experience in a similar business development / sales / account support role
  • Impeccable communication skills with the ability to liaise and build relationships at all levels
  • Highly organised nature with excellent attention to detail and proactive problem solving skills
  • Good business acumen and solid negotiation skills
  • IT literate
  • Target orientated - driven and focused strategic thinker
  • Adaptable and able to work in a flexible, fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Key responsibilities as the Sales Operations Executive will include:
  • Supporting and managing the sales team to ensure that tasks are completed
  • Providing reports for the SLT
  • Maintaining all sales data
  • Extensive diary management for the sales tea, taking full responsibility for a smooth workflow
  • Maintaining reports for external brokers and agents
  • Building and maintaining solid relationships with brokers, agents and clients
  • Coordination of team events
  • Maintaining team reports including annual leave and sickness
