Job Description

RPA Developer/ConsultantLondonSalary - £50,000-£80,000 DOE + Company BenefitsI am currently working alongside a client that would like to bring in an RPA Developer to join their established business. In this role you will be part of the business growth and venture into the RPA market working with my clients bespoke industry leading softwares.My client is looking for a very particular type of individual to join their business, you will have an excellent attitude with a progressive innovative view able to work efficiently as an individual but also in a team potentially as a lead.RPA Developer responsibilities;

  • You will work with the software development team in an agile environment.
  • As an RPA Developer/Consultant you will be expected to identify opportunities to automate processes within the business and work with the relevant teams to implement these solutions.
  • Being part of a team that automates software solutions from beginning to delivery.
  • Work efficiently in line with strict timeframes.
  • Must have the ability to engage with both technical individuals and clients.
  • As an RPA consultant you must be able to meet with a client and fully understand their requirements/needs & then deliver them in an efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in development teams in order to design solutions, diagnose problems and fix them accordingly.
  • You must be able to mentor junior members of the development team, experience of this is required.
    • RPA Developer skills & experience;
  • Must have at least 2 years experience working with RPA tools; Blue Prism or UiPath preferred.
  • Educated to degree level is beneficial.
  • Must have a thorough understanding principles of ensuring software is wrote correctly.
  • Previous experience working on larger projects against strict timeframes.
  • Experience with roadmap and strategy, dealing with all levels of staff up to C level.
  • Any experience of Kofax would be highly beneficial.
  • You will have a wide range of skills in programming and languages.
