Job Title: Reward & Benefits Manager Location: London / hybridSalary: up to £95K A leading professional services firm are seeking a Reward & Benefits Manager to lead their Reward function.Responsibilities: * Work alongside the senior leadership team to manage reward strategy and budget.* Define & lead on global reward strategy* Salary benchmarking/Global Bonus scheme/Global mobility/Gender pay gap/Global salary review.* Oversee the global employee benefits, liaise with broker and HR.* Lead the reward team and act as champion for Reward queries.* Process improvement, responsible for reward standards.Skills required: * Some sort of professional services experience highly desirable * Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring change * Ability to communicate effectively * Ability to identify process improvements * Previous exposure to payroll highly desirable.
