Job Description

The RoleGuest Krieger is seeking a full-time Receptionist for our front desk in our London office to perform a variety of administrative tasks. The role will be responsible for the general business support for Guest Kriegers London office.This role would suit someone starting out in their career who would like the opportunity to work for a growing and busy organisation. Given the wide knowledge that will be known about the business, financial performance, and colleague information absolute discretionis required in carrying out this role.Duties will include -

  • To answer telephone calls in a professional and timely manner and transfer efficiently to the relevant member of staff.
  • Greeting guests and managing a visitor logbook
  • Organising meetings and ensuring all information needed for those meetings are prepared in advance
  • Liaising with the wider management team for support if required
  • To acknowledge visitors, check against appointments diary and book in for Health & Safety requirements,
  • To handle incoming mail and ensure all external posts are franked and ready for collection.
  • To source and obtain the best price for stationery and other consumables.
  • Preparation of rooms for meetings
The Person -
  • The right candidate will be self-motivated and can work unsupervised
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with colleagues, suppliers, and clients
  • You will always project an enthusiastic and professional image to customers and be comfortable multitasking & have time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Happy working to short deadlines
