We are seeking a talented and experienced VP/SVP PMO Lead to join our team and report directly to the Operational Riskand Control Transformation Lead.In this global role, you will be at the forefront of the first line of defense, supporting the Operational Risk and Control Transformation Lead in delivering successful planning, design, build, test, and implementation activities. Your responsibilities willinclude overseeing and producing end-to-end project plans, tracking progress and changes, providing project governance and status reporting, and managing program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. You will also be responsible for budget and resourcetracking, planning and mobilizing communications, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating workshops and planning sessions, and conducting Book of Work Reviews and health checks as needed.To excel in this role as a Operational Risk - PMO Lead;You should have significant experience in a similar position, with a deep understanding of PMO and project management in a large, complex organization. Previous experience in PMO or project management roles within risk management projects is highly desirable.You should possess excellent planning and task management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple and changing priorities effectively. Your open-mindedness, enthusiasm, and confidence to challenge the status quo will set you apart. Strong stakeholderengagement and communication skills are essential, enabling you to understand stakeholder needs and develop practical solutions.
