Job Description

Personal Assistant PermanentCity of London £32,000 - £38,000 5 days in the office Our client is an established consulting firm in London looking to hire a Personal Assistant to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career while working for a reputable firm. You will havethe opportunity to work with the best in the business, expanding your industry knowledge and expertise. They are looking for someone who is switched-on, proactive, and diligent. WHAT YOU WILL DO As the PA you will be supporting a team of Consultants, a Partner, and a Director. You will provide reliable and efficient admin support across a multitude of projects.

  • Diary management for the Director
  • Inbox management and telephone cover
  • Travel coordination for the Partner and Director
  • Work closely with the Partner and Director on the projects they are actively completing
  • Create reports that will be used by team to complete projects and track progress
  • Manage and update records and files such as Tender spreadsheets etc.
  • Ad hoc admin assistance when required by the team
  • Audio dictation and transcription
WHO YOU ARE As the Personal Assistant, you will need to be an organised individual capable of completing multiple tasks while respecting tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a level-headed, personable and hardworking individual.
  • Experience as a Personal Assistant within professional services is essential
  • GCSEs including A-C English and Maths, or equivalent
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite
  • Can use your initiative
  • Experience communication and working with people at all levels
  • Able to exercise sound and ethical judgement
