Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an international bank based in Canary Wharf; they are looking for a Performance and Reward Analyst. This is an integral role and is replacing an individual who has since left the company.Accountabilities include:* Provide support to key reward initiatives including pay review, remuneration, market benchmarking, and incentive schemes and policy and processes.* Provide analytical P&R support for enhancing the global P&R team* Providing market data and salary recommendations to HR Generalists for ongoing HR processes.* Communicate and support co-ordination of relevant annual Performance & Reward events.* Support the pay review process for designated business groups. Support and provide quality assurance of pay review process.As this is a role working within a key team they are looking for someone who has had experience within the HR metrics particularly those pertaining to compensation and performance. You must also have experience working across various levels of a large organisation.This is a permanent role with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
