Job Description

Highly varied and interesting Office Assistant position is now available, within a communications agency and assisting the team with day to day adhoc office support.The role will involve;

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering the telephone
  • Ordering stationary
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Ordering lunches
  • Typing up documents
  • Skills/attributes:
  • Graduate or equivalent
  • Strong writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft office packages
