Job Description

My client has established themselves as a reputable supplier mainly to multinationals across the globe. They specialise in placing both contract and permanent IT consultants internationally in large organisations around the world. This is an exciting timeto join my client as you will be offered an excellent package and substantial mentoring in addition to flexibility.To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business administration/ legal background preferred)
  • At least one year of experience working within an admin environment
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining accurate documents and organise and maintain retention of documents in accordance with data retention policies of the company
  • Chasing compliance documents from candidates and clients
  • Provide general and administrative support to the back office team in its day-to-day tasks
  • Organising events and conferences, booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation, as well as managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Assisting Sales, Management and Directors with the provision and/or chasing of documents, analysis, reports
  • Assisting the legal team with queries and day to day organisational tasks such as chasing contracts, filling out online documents etc.
  • Assisting the Directors with administrative tasks and queries
  • Acting as a first point of contact when dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Drafting, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filling systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience through follow-up communications
  • Assist with timesheet collection for external contractors
  • Work closely with Sales, Legal and Finance departments to ensure that consultant payments are processed in a timely fashion
  • Deal, vendor, and client data updates, maintenance, and tracking in Mercury
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing emails - in charge of the operations admin inbox
  • Manage client/ consultant queries promptly and with excellent communication skills
  • Provide regular updates to Sales and Back Office team regarding client/ consultant queries
