Job Description

Entry Level Recruitment ConsultantPlease note that interviews for this role are within the next 1-2 weeks, looking for someone to start in the role in the next 3-4 weeks. Please only apply if you are able to interview/start a new role within these time frames - Thank you!

  • Technology Recruitment Business (Dont worry full training is provided on the market)
  • £24,000 Basic salary
  • Above market commission structure
  • Entry level training programme
  • Excellent culture (5 aside football / Netball / 7s rugby + Lunch clubs / Holidays)

  • Strong written and verbal communication (Recruiters communicate for a living so this is essential)
  • Problem solver (Recruitment has many moving parts, an ability to come up with solutions will help you navigate the challenges)
  • Tenacity (Starting out the role can be challenging as you build your reputation, being tenacious will push you through)
  • Resilient (This isnt a typical 9-5, you need to be ready to take the knock backs that come with sales and then come the massive rewards)
