Mortgage Completions Officer / Case Manager (Post Offer) - City, LondonAn excellent opportunity is available to work for a rapidly growling mortgage / bridging finance lender. Continued growth / expansion has led to an opening for an Completion Officer / Post Offer Case Manager to support the mortgage underwriting team.The ideal candidate would be a quick learner with good numeracy skills and attention to detail.The successful candidate must have recent experience in a post offer case management position taking deals from offer to completion and dealing with solicitors.Responsibilities:Preparing documents, updating spreadsheets in respect of drawdown of funds and completed casesHandling communications with Finance and SolicitorsScanning and uploading documentation, filing legal documentsDaily data checking and uploading informationTaking feesPerforming credit searchesExperience required:Mortgage completions experience.Excellent communication skills - written and oral.Team playerExperience of liaising with third parties (solicitors etc)Ideally with experience of specialist mortgage lending.Salary up to £35k basic (Dependent on experience) + Bonus + Benefits Required skills
