Mobile Maintenance EngineerM25 & Surrounding Areas£42,000 - £45,000 Are you an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge Look no further! We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team, covering London 4 days a week and 1 day a week outside of London.As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on commercial sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for problem-solving.The successful engineer will not require the formal qualifications, rather relevant experience in Building Maintenance.You will be provided with a company van and fuel card. This means youll have the freedom to travel to different sites without worrying about the cost of transportation.Duties:* PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance* Electrical Fault-Finding* Single & Three Phase Power* Emergency Lighting* Fire Alarms* Tap Temperatures* Flushing* Water treatment* Filters* Belts* General Building Services tasksRequirements:* City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering - Desirable, not essential * Prior experience in Building Maintenance (At least 3 years prior)* Great communication skills * Self motivated * A full UK driving license Salary and Benefits:* £42,000 - £45,000 per annum * Company van & fuel card provided * Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM* Company pension * Overtime readily available * Entitled to 25 days holiday + Bank holidays * Internal progressionIf you are interested in the role at hand and would like to know more information, please apply with an updated CV and contact information.Posted by Alex Clark
