Faith- based Media Business needs Dynamic Sales Manager to join their growing team!Major media organisation, with over 1.5 million followers, are looking for an inspirational sales manager. Could this be youOne of the most distinctive, and faith led media organisations in Europe, are looking for a media sales manager, to grow revenue and manage a dynamic team of, Business Development Executives, and Account Managers. My client covers a host of media platforms,including-radio, magazine, websites, and digital communications (podcasts). The role is based remotely (with some office attendance). Offices are in London- Salary £40-48k + £75k OTE (Uncapped). You will be:Experienced in radio advertising and sponsorship selling, along with print and digital media, is also a distinct advantage. You will be an experienced media advertising professional, with the ability to grow your own revenue and exceed yours and teams targets.You will also be a leader and have managed teams of up to 5 sales professionals.Role Summary:Your role will be split between, 70% client selling, and 30% team management. You will actively bring in new business and manage clients during the life cycle of their campaigns and on a long-term basis. You will be actively selling to brands, in regards totheir advertising needs, across the full media portfolio: - radio, print and digital advertising, promotions, sponsorships, and events, dealing with a broad range of faith-led and secular organisations. Skills Required:* 3 years+ in a Media sales and management environment (radio, digital, print)* Proven track record of sales achievement* Advanced knowledge in doing the full sales Process and value propositions. * Strong Account Management experience (upselling/cross selling)* Strong prospecting skills to find leads and win new clients.* CRM usage for pipeline management and tracking performance * Data Analysis of interpreting performance data.* Team Management experience* Training, coaching, and maintaining high performance of the sales team.Core Responsibility:* Work to a personal and team revenue target * manage a team of media sales professionals ensuring daily productivity is high and income is exceeding targets* You will ensure your own account base is managed, reaches, and exceeds your own targets, and grows its income because of new business generation, cross-selling and upselling* You will inspire the team to reach their goals and act as a role model for less experienced team members* You will be comfortable in a deadline-driven environment and able to prioritise your workloadIf youre from the media B2B world, and looking for a meaningful challenge, then click apply!
